TECHNICAL LEAD / TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

As a Technical Project Manager / Technical Lead with 9-15 years of experience, your role will involve driving multiple submodules, leading technical delivery, and guiding cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues efficiently. Your strong technical background, leadership skills, and ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment will be crucial for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all module-related delivery and coordination across 6 core submodules. - Provide technical direction, hands-on guidance, and mentorship to development teams working on Java and Python-based applications. - Collaborate with customer stakeholders, architects, and internal teams to analyze, plan, and resolve escalated technical issues promptly. - Own the end-to-end module lifecycle from requirement understanding and technical design to deployment and post-production support. - Implement best practices in coding, design, CI/CD, and cloud deployment. - Manage sprint planning, conduct code reviews, and ensure timely delivery of features and fixes. - Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and other teams for seamless integration and high availability of services. - Drive continuous improvement and proactive risk mitigation within the team. **Technical Skills & Competencies:** - Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JPA, Hibernate) and working knowledge of Python-based applications. - Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful API design, NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred), and SQL-based systems. - Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Git version control. **Preferred Skills:** - Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). - Familiarity with monitoring and visualization tools like Grafana, MongoDB Charts, event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and real-time data processing. - Front-end exposure with Angular or any modern JS framework is a plus. **Leadership & Behavioral Attributes:** - Ability to lead technical teams, promote collaboration, and ensure accountability across modules. - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on action and delivery excellence. - Capacity to handle pressure, manage escalations, and resolve high-priority issues effectively. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Self-starter mentality with a sense of ownership, urgency, and precision in execution. **Educational Qualification:** - Bachelors or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline.
