Technical Lead - React JS / React Native

As a Technical Lead at MKS, your role involves leading a team of developers to build React-based enterprise web applications. Your responsibilities include guiding frontend and backend developers, designing solutions on Microsoft Azure, managing cloud deployments, overseeing database design and optimization, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring code quality, monitoring system performance, and staying updated with emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and guide a team of frontend and backend developers in building React-based enterprise web applications. - Design, architect, and implement solutions on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, Storage, and Networking. - Oversee cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management in Azure DevOps. - Manage database design and optimization using SQL Server and Cosmos DB. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to design patterns. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement best practices for scalability and reliability. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate. Qualifications Required: - 7-9 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a lead/mentorship role. - Strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. - Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, VNet, Key Vault, etc.). - Proven expertise in cloud deployment pipelines and DevOps practices. - Strong database skills with SQL Server (stored procedures, performance tuning) and Cosmos DB. - Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures. - Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of authentication/authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). - Experience in serverless computing and event-driven architecture. - Exposure to enterprise application security, compliance, and monitoring.
