Technical Lead - Python & React

As a Fullstack Technical Lead with 6-10 years of experience, your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining scalable web applications using React for frontend and Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) for backend. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Your role will also involve identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs, working with databases such as SQL, Postgres, and MongoDB, and utilizing tools like AWS, Snowflake, Azure, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines. Key requirements for this role include extensive experience in building complex frontend applications using React, along with proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django). Cloud experience with AWS or Azure is mandatory, as well as familiarity with databases like SQL, Postgres, and MongoDB. A basic understanding of Data Fabric is considered a plus, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also highly valued.
