Technical lead-Python microservices

As a Tech Lead specializing in Python-based microservices, your role will involve leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end design and development of microservices using Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django REST Framework). - Defining and enforcing best practices for coding, CI/CD, testing, and deployment. - Collaborating with architects, DevOps, and product teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. - Conducting code reviews, performance tuning, and ensuring high code quality standards. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues with minimal downtime. - Guiding and mentoring a small team of developers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Contributing to architecture decisions, API design, and technical documentation. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 8-10 years of hands-on development experience with Python and related frameworks. - Strong experience in building and managing RESTful microservices. - Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. - Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. - Working knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and asynchronous processing. - Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.). - Strong grasp of system design, scalability, and performance optimization. - Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (pytest/unittest) and code quality tools. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred qualifications include exposure to event-driven architecture or serverless systems, experience with API Gateway, OAuth2, or JWT-based authentication, and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.,
