Job Title: Technical Lead (PHP & Laravel) Location: Vizag (Work From Office) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in PHP , Laravel , Databases , AWS , and CI/CD Pipelines to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading development teams, driving technical initiatives, and designing scalable applications. The role requires a proactive leader who can manage both the technical and collaborative aspects of projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers to design, develop, and implement robust PHP and Laravel-based applications. Architect and implement efficient, scalable, and secure solutions while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Manage and optimize database structures, queries, and performance. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions. Provide technical guidance and support during development and deployment processes. Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous improvement. Act as a liaison between technical teams and management to report progress and resolve issues. Skills and Qualifications: Overall Experience: 8+ years in software development, with a strong focus on PHP, Laravel, and cloud technologies. Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel, and at least 2 years in a leadership/technical lead role. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel framework. Experience working with Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and proficient in writing optimized queries. Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.). Proven experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD Pipelines for continuous integration and deployment. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies. Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
