Technical Lead- Oracle HCM

As an HCM Cloud Technical Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud Service solutions for our clients. You will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, configuring the system to meet those needs, and offering guidance on best practices. Additionally, you will be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process. Your contribution is vital in ensuring that our clients effectively utilize Oracle HCM Cloud Service for their human capital management requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on client specifications. - Utilizing HDL (HCM Data Loader) to input data into the Oracle HCM Cloud system. - Managing and configuring Absence Management processes. - Providing technical support and resolving issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud - Expertise in HDL (HCM Data Loader) - Knowledge of Absence Management - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Preferred skills that would be advantageous for this role include: - Familiarity with Core HR - Understanding of AI Apps for HR - Knowledge of Fast Formula - Experience with BI Publisher - Familiarity with Security and Roles - Understanding of Talent Management - Experience with Performance Management - Knowledge of Compensation - Familiarity with Benefits The required experience for this position is 10-15 years.,
