NeoXam (NeoXam Company Profile) is a leading financial software company delivering cutting-edgesolutions for data management, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance With a strongglobal presence, NeoXam serves over 150 customers in 25 countries, processing more than ?25trillion worth of assets daily and supporting over 10,000 users, Committed to client success, NeoXam provides reliable and scalable solutions that help buyandsell-side players navigate the evolving financial landscape Backed by 800+ employees, NeoXam isheadquartered in Paris with 20 offices worldwide, Department: Product Engineering Location: Noida/Chennai Experience: 8+ years with 2+ years in a similar role Job Summary: We are looking for a strong Technical Lead with experience in fintech domain enterprise-gradeworldclass data aggregation, reconciliation, and reporting product This is an opportunity todiscover a large range of business cases as well as design, develop and implement solutionsthat results solving complex problems As a Technical Lead (Java) you will design and developtechnology-based business solutions that caters to current and future Product requirements, Key Responsibilities: Develop and build extremely reliable, scalable and high-performing web applications, (S)he will also review and understand business requirements ensuring that developmenttasks are completed within the timeline provided and that issues are fully tested withminimal defects, You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews, You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes Work in a rapid and agile development process to enable increased speed to market against a backdrop of appropriate controls, Implement good development and testing standards to ensure quality of deliverables, Must Have: Tech/MCA with at least 8 years of relevant experience Exposure to MVC frameworks like Spring and ORM tool like Hibernate, Excellent understanding of OOPS concepts, microservices and JAVA programming languageProgramming experience in relational platforms like MySQL, Oracle Non-relational platformslike DynamoDB/MongoDB (no-sql) would be add on Knowledge of Javascript, JQuery, HTML, XML would be an added advantage, Sound analytical skills and good communication skills Experience with an agile development methodology, preferably Scrum Experience in One of below will be added advantage- Activiti BPM DROOLS Rules Engine Integrations with authentication protocols and Frameworks oAuth/ SAML/ LDAP/ Kerberos Experience with multiple integration technologies / frameworks
