Technical Lead Magento

As a Technical Lead at our company, your role will involve being responsible for technical solution design, end-to-end proposal creation, client presentations, and ensuring delivery excellence. You will be in charge of designing technical solutions and architecture for Magento development projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Evaluating clients" business needs and translating functional requirements into technology solutions within your domain of expertise. - Understanding the current business processes and flows of the customer to design and configure modules for high-quality business solutions. - Collaborating with customers during installations and testing of solutions/products to address any potential issues. - Handling Requirements gathering, Design, Development, and implementation of Magento 2 eCommerce solutions. - Working closely with other developers to establish standardized processes and solutions. - Staying updated with industry changes and the latest methodologies in the commerce industry. - Demonstrating working knowledge of AWS, Nginx, Varnish, and search engines. The desired candidate profile should include: - Development experience in Magento with a minimum of 2+ years of experience, particularly in Magento 2. - Proficiency in PHP object-oriented programming and MVC applications. - Ability to develop custom extensions and excellent database design and implementation skills. - Skill in Magento 2 customization and a strong understanding of Magento back-end and Magento Framework. - Proficiency in responsive and adaptive web development, along with knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Familiarity with interacting with Restful APIs and formats such as JSON and XML, as well as experience with Bitbucket and Git. - Knowledge of semantics and code optimization techniques, Lamp or Docker, PHPstorm, Magento coding standards, and quality gate validation.
