Technical Lead Magento

As the Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing technical solutions, creating end-to-end proposals, delivering client presentations, and ensuring delivery excellence. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical solutions and architecture of Magento development projects. Your main duties will involve assessing clients" business requirements and translating them into effective technology solutions within your area of expertise. You will need to have a deep understanding of the client's current business processes and design/configure modules to develop top-notch business solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients during initial installations and testing phases to troubleshoot any potential issues that may arise. Working closely with a team of developers, you will be involved in all stages of the development process, from requirements gathering to design, development, and implementation of Magento 2 eCommerce solutions. It will be essential to stay updated on industry developments and adopt the latest methodologies in the e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2+ years of development experience in Magento, with a strong proficiency in PHP object-oriented programming and MVC applications. You should be capable of developing custom extensions, possess excellent database design skills, and be adept at customizing Magento 2 as per project requirements. A solid understanding of Magento back-end operations and the Magento Framework is crucial, along with expertise in responsive and adaptive web development techniques. Moreover, you should have a good grasp of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery, as well as experience in interacting with Restful APIs using JSON and XML formats. Familiarity with version control systems like Bitbucket (Git), Lamp or Docker environments, and PHPstorm is desirable. Knowledge of Magento coding standards and quality gate validation will be advantageous in ensuring the overall quality of the deliverables.,
