Technical Lead - IT Operations

Responsibilities

• Routine Operations : Conducting routine maintenance and repairs, monitoring system performance, trouble shooting problems and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
• Infrastructure management : Overseeing servers, networks, storage, and cloud services to ensure they are running efficiently and securely.
• Diagnostics and Validation : Diagnosing and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime, including managing help desks and service desks. Analyzing data to identify areas of improvements for customer engagement.
• System maintenance : Applying patches, performing updates, and ensuring all systems are protected against threats.
• Security and compliance : Implementing security measures, managing firewall configurations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Strategic planning Support : Developing IT strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring that technology aligns with business goals.
• Disaster recovery : Creating and executing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  

REQUIREMENTS Relevant Management Certification May Be Required.

• Prior Similarity in Experience.
• Strong Skills (Technical, Diagnostic & Troubleshooting)
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  

Tech Stack Experience

• Familiarity with server-side programming languages including Java/ Python
• Database and cache : Working knowledge of SQL/No-SQL and database technologies (Cassandra, SQL Server & Druid)
• Server : Experience working with Nginx or Apache servers with a solid background in Linux
• Testing : Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development) and writing robust Unit Test cases
• CI/CD Automation experience with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins & Azure DevOps is nice to have.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud environments
