Role Description
Experience Required: 10+ years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Backend Developer with deep expertise in Python and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will lead backend developmentefforts, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-performance, scalable solutions in acloud-native environment.

Technical Skills

Lead the design and development of microservices
based applications.
Architect and optimize RESTful APIs with a focus on performance and scalability.
Design, develop, and tune relational and non
relational databases.
Drive backend development best practices and conduct code reviews.
Provide production support and ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with cross
functional teams to deliver high
quality software.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
Integrate with third
party services including ElasticSearch.
Work with GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Leverage AWS services extensively; AWS certification is highly preferred.
Utilize AWS Glue for data integration and ETL workflows.
Explore and integrate AWS AI services where applicable.
Exposure to Microsoft .NET technologies is a plus.

Qualifications

Required Skills:
Expert
level Python programming.
Strong experience in microservices architecture.
Deep understanding of API design and performance tuning.
Proficiency in AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, Glue, etc.).
Experience with ElasticSearch.
Strong database design and optimization skills.
Familiarity with GitHub and CI/CD workflows.
Excellent problem
solving and leadership skills.Good to Have Skills:
Knowledge of BOX integration.
