Technical Lead - Hadoop Spark

Role Overview: As a Technical Lead - Hadoop Spark at Wipro Limited, your role will involve supporting process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the team. You will work as a member of the support team to resolve product-related issues, applying problem-solving skills to identify root causes, provide technical guidance to junior team members, and actively contribute to improvement decisions. Your role will also require proactive understanding of stakeholder needs, maintaining code design thinking for long-term sustainability, and staying updated with the latest technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Work as a member of the support team to resolve product-related issues with good troubleshooting skills. - Independently apply problem-solving skills to identify symptoms and root causes of issues. - Provide technical guidance, support, and mentoring to junior team members. - Proactively understand stakeholder needs, goals, and expectations to deliver results. - Stay up to date with the latest technologies and technical advancements. - Perform system maintenance, production incident problem management, root cause identification, and issue remediation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering with a proven track record of delivering complex technical assignments. - Solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, web applications, and microservices-based software architecture. - Full-stack development experience including databases (Oracle, Netezza, SQL Server), Hadoop, Python, Impala, etc. - Excellent SQL skills with experience working with large and complex data sources. - Experience working in Agile teams and conversant with Agile/SAFe methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with quick adaptation to new technologies. - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to interact effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
