Technical Lead (Golang + Angular)

As a Technical Lead at Rinovea Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading end-to-end design and development of cloud-native applications using Golang and Angular. Your role will involve mentoring a dedicated engineering team and collaborating with product managers and designers to deliver customer-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications. - Architect scalable backend systems utilizing Golang. - Develop interactive and high-performance frontends with Angular. - Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure customer-focused solutions. - Guide and mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. - Work closely with DevOps teams on CI/CD and microservices architecture. Required Skills & Experience: - 6+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead/mentoring role. - Strong hands-on expertise in Golang, Angular, REST APIs, and microservices. - Good understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS. - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. - Strong grasp of software design principles and performance optimization. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
