Technical Lead - Global Identity Management Services

As the Technical Lead for Global Identity Management Services at Linde Global Services Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in providing continuous design, development, and support as an expert in Identity Access Management and related Authentication methods. Your responsibilities will include participation in Global Projects as a key project member, focusing mainly on Identity Access Management, Privilege Access Management, and Authentication areas. You will be involved in various tasks such as designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining services globally with expected quality standards, acting as an escalation point for service and project issues, and handling the implementation of new technologies within the Global IS service area. Additionally, you will participate in global projects in Identity Access Management & Authentication areas, contribute knowledge, provide guidance and support to the team, and ensure the development of standards, guidelines, and policies within your subject area. To excel in this role, you should possess self-motivation, teamwork skills, the ability to lead critical projects, meticulous work ethic, and strong organizational skills. Effective communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on job requirements are also essential qualities. Furthermore, you should have a solid technical background in Identity Access Management & Authentication areas, including IAM, PAM, Active Directory, Azure AD, PKI, and Federation Services. The ideal candidate for this position would have 5-10 years of relevant IT experience, with a focus on Identity & Access Management, Privilege Access Management, Active Directory, Azure AD, PKI, Federation Services, and Windows Server Infrastructure. Formal training or certification in IAM (One Identity), PAM, AD/Azure AD/PKI, and relevant Microsoft Technologies would be preferred.
