Technical Lead Frontend

As a Technical Lead - Frontend Engineer at HappyFox, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our product offerings. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of engineers, overseeing software architecture, Git workflows, and CI/CD processes, ensuring exceptional code quality through code reviews, and managing technical debt in the codebase. Additionally, you will work towards improving the development experience, defining coding style standards, and making key technical architecture decisions. Your role will also involve taking ownership of the stability and performance of the services you work on, contributing to the long-term roadmap in your area of expertise, and upholding coding standards and best practices for the team through code reviews and technical feedback. You should have a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in building single-page web applications using frameworks like Ember.js or React.js. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2+ years of experience in a technical lead position, 8+ years of experience in building web applications, and a strong passion for troubleshooting technically complex problems. Your ability to continuously improve, align technical decisions with business needs, and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.,
