Technical Lead - Flutter

As a Flutter Developer at Vexil Infotech Private Limited in Lucknow, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and deploying cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms. - Building visually appealing UIs and animations that are responsive and performant across devices. - Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features. - Ensuring the code is well-structured, modular, and easy to maintain. - Debugging and resolving performance and scalability issues across mobile platforms. - Staying up-to-date with Flutter updates, libraries, and trends in mobile development. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in developing mobile apps using Flutter (Experience in React Native or Ionic is a plus). - Experience in creating complex UIs, custom animations, and platform-specific integrations. - Strong understanding of State Management (such as Provider, Bloc, or Redux) including middleware and lifecycle management. - Good understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, and creating or customizing jQuery plugins. - Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, XHTML, and awareness of web security standards (XSS, CSRF). - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and logical reasoning. - Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
