Technical Lead - Engineering - C.NET

As a Technical Lead at Assent, you will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence, mentoring teams, and contributing to the development of scalable, high-performing applications. Your passion for full-stack development and modern technologies, coupled with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, will be key to your success in this role. Key responsibilities include: - Lead technical design and development for complex projects. - Collaborate with architects and product managers to define technical roadmaps. - Stay hands-on with coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting critical issues. - Mentor and guide team members on best practices and emerging technologies. - Ensure high-quality deliverables through robust architecture and clean code. - Drive adoption of modern development practices, CI/CD, and cloud solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 8-14 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a Tech Lead role. - Strong ability to perform hands-on coding. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in agile environments and modern development practices. - Frontend: Strong experience with Angular (latest versions). - Backend: Proficiency in C# for enterprise-grade applications. - Database: Expertise in SQL and relational database design. - Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices, Oops & Solid Principles. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
