Technical Lead - Dotnet

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using the

.NET stack (.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET).

• Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and

architecture.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, DevOps, and QA to

deliver high-quality solutions.

• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications on Microsoft

Azure.

• Integrate modern AI tools and services (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI APIs) into existing or new

systems.

• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization for high-volume applications.
• Participate in client meetings, requirements gathering, and technical presentations.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, especially in cloud and AI

domains.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).

• Strong Azure cloud development and deployment experience (App Services,

Functions, DevOps, Storage, etc.).

• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and modern web technologies (e.g.,

JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS3).

• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.

• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and software design patterns.

• Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts or tools (e.g., Azure

Cognitive Services, OpenAI, ChatGPT APIs).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control (e.g., Git), and Agile/Scrum

methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with

stakeholders at various levels.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate / Azure Solutions Architect

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Prior experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
