Technical Lead - Core Java

As a Senior Software Engineer Lead at Crest Data, you will be responsible for providing expertise in software development life cycle, from concept, architecture, design, implementation, & testing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading & mentoring a small-sized team. - Ensuring code reviews & development best practices / processes are followed. - Participating in regular client communication. - Estimating efforts, identifying risks & providing technical support when needed. - Ensuring effective people management & task management for smooth execution. - Demonstrating the ability to multitask & re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in software architecture, system design & development. - Extensive development experience in JAVA / Python programming. - Preferred good experience in JavaScript technologies. - Strong fundamentals in Object-Oriented Design and Data Structures. - Experience in working directly with customers for requirement gathering, technical discussions, demos, and project delivery. - Experience with Agile Software development methodology. - Experience with Linux programming, or expertise in the areas of Big Data and/or Data Analytics is a plus. - Prior experience in leading/mentoring a team is preferred. - Excellent oral, written, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Ability to succeed with minimal resources and supervision.
