Technical Lead - Azure Cloud Solutions

You are a skilled Azure Technical Lead responsible for architecting, guiding, and implementing scalable cloud-native solutions in enterprise environments. Your deep knowledge of Azure services, cloud security principles, and hands-on experience leading development teams in Azure-based deployments will be crucial for this role. Your responsibilities will include designing end-to-end architecture using Azure PaaS services such as IoT Hub, Event Grid, Stream Analytics, Blob Storage, and Functions. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership to development, integration, and DevOps teams, translating business requirements into secure and scalable Azure-based architecture patterns. You will review infrastructure templates using ARM/Bicep or Terraform for IaC, lead design sessions, architecture reviews, and solution walkthroughs, and ensure performance, cost-efficiency, and governance across Azure resources. Supporting implementation of DevSecOps pipelines, identity management, and API management integrations will also be part of your role. As a qualified candidate, you should have at least 7 years of technical experience with a minimum of 4 years on the Azure platform. Proficiency with Azure IoT Suite, App Services, Logic Apps, Key Vault, and Storage solutions is essential. Strong knowledge of networking, RBAC, identity, and security in Azure environments, as well as experience in IaC using Bicep, ARM, or Terraform, are required. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, monitoring tools, and cost control dashboards is also necessary. Having Microsoft certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-204, or AZ-400 and knowledge of API Management, Service Bus, and hybrid cloud architecture would be beneficial. In addition to technical skills, soft skills are important for this role. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder alignment capabilities are necessary. You should also have the ability to mentor junior engineers and enforce cloud engineering best practices. Education required for this position includes a Graduate/B.Tech or equivalent degree in any relevant discipline.,
