Job Description

As a participant in the Cisco Apprentice Program, you have an exceptional opportunity to leverage the technology crafted by Innovators, Accelerators, and Transformers. Throughout the program, you will acquire industry-specific knowledge and skills. Depending on the team you are assigned to, you can expect to be involved in various tasks, such as: - Learning programming languages and the latest development methodologies - Deploying new software and upgrades within a large SaaS environment - Implementing change management procedures and deployment processes - Creating tools to automate intricate tasks within the operations team - Monitoring real-time insights into application performance and user experience - Automating and testing products while overseeing cloud-based solutions - Designing frameworks for automating tests in complex distributed systems - Engaging with cutting-edge innovations in Cisco's equipment - Acting as a strategic partner to customers, resolving and preventing technical issues - Optimizing networking infrastructure to prevent impairing incidents - Analyzing network requirements and suggesting designs to meet business needs - Cultivating relationships with customers - Deploying Cisco technologies globally and optimizing large networks To be eligible for this role, you must: - Have graduated in 2024 and possess the final degree completion certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate - Be available for a 12-month duration commencing in August 2025 - Demonstrate good communication skills, a passion for technology, and a willingness to learn while actively engaging in a team setting - Be registered as a "student" on https://nats.education.gov.in/ with a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS Why Cisco: At Cisco, every individual is valued for their unique contributions, working collaboratively as a team to drive positive change and create an inclusive future for all.
