V. is seeking talented individuals who embody these values and can deliver excellent service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide an efficient and effective technical document service to the Docking Project Management and Fleet Cell team members. - Develop and provide accurate Technical Information Documents for advanced project management. - Manage Technical Documents of vessels due for Dry Dock to the highest Safety Standards and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Ensure all Docking Documents are processed in accordance with VMS and internal Docking processes. - Engage with Fleet Cells to agree on time scales for Docking processes. - Collect and verify necessary documents for every project. - Plan and control all Technical Documents related to Dry Dock activities in line with Flag, Class, and Statutory Requirements. - Provide support and knowledge of IMO, MARPOL SOLAS, and Maritime Regulatory Systems. **Qualification Required:** - Recognized Graduate in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Maritime technical documentation, dry docking, Ship repair, or relevant Technical Superintendency with docking experience. - Strong understanding of Dry Docking workflows, class/statutory documentation, and project reporting. - Good communication (oral and written) and English language skills. - Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with people at all levels. - Good planning and organizational skills. - Advanced level proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point. **Additional Company Details:** V.
