Your main tasks involve developing accurate Technical Information Documents for project management and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. You also engage with Fleet Cells to agree on time scales for Docking processes and manage all technical documents related to Dry Dock activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collect and file all documentation related to the Docking function systematically. - Prepare Project Manager information sheets for approvals from owners. - Follow up with vessels to receive all documents for completed jobs and supplies. - Deal with internal and external parties to meet specific client/Group requirements. - Liaise with vessels to generate reports and distribute them timely. - Provide training on the company's approved docking project management platform. **Qualifications Required:** - Recognized Graduate in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Maritime technical documentation, dry docking, ship repair, or relevant Technical Superintendency. - Strong understanding of Dry Docking workflows, class/statutory documentation, and project reporting. - Good communication and English language skills. - Interpersonal skills to engage with people at all levels. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. **Additional Details:** V.
