Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager - SAP ECC to S4 HANA Discovery & Scoping Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to lead and manage the discovery and scoping exercise as a pre-work for a large-scale SAP ECC to S4 HANA Implementation project with expertise in SAP Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply chain, Retail and BW modules including legacy systems integrations. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, technical teams, architects, business stakeholders, third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities: * Lead squad of various team members for discovery and scoping for S4HANA implementation. * Responsible for overall squad deliverables. * Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architect, Module leads to ensure all technical dependencies are addressed. * Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve issues and accelerate deliverables. * Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans. * Provide regular updates to Program management and business stakeholders. Required Skills and Experience: * Proven experience as TDM for large scale SAP ECC to S4 HANA transformation projects. * Deep understanding of SAP S4 HANA architecture and integration with legacy systems. * Excellent project management and leadership skills. * Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA implementation items. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
