As a Data Architect at the company, your role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable data lake and data warehouse in the cloud, specifically in GCP. With over 10 years of relevant work experience, including leading Data related projects in the field of Reporting and Analytics, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing business needs, and defining the BI/DW architecture to support and deliver technical solutions to complex business and technical requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in creating solution prototypes, participating in technology selection, performing POCs, and delivering technical presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, develop, and test scalable data warehouses and data pipelines architecture in Cloud Technologies, particularly in GCP. - Design and develop ETL processes, including error handling, using SQL and No SQL DBMS like MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Cassandra, MongoDB. - Utilize Query and program languages such as MS SQL Server, T-SQL, PostgreSQL, MY SQL, Python, and R for efficient data operations. - Prepare data structures for advanced analytics and self-service reporting using MS SQL, SSIS, and SSRS. - Write scripts for stored procedures, database snapshots backups, and data archiving to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Data related projects with expertise in GCP, DA, Development, SQL, Python, Big Query, Dataproc, Dataflow, Data Pipelines. - Familiarity or experience with cloud-based technologies like PowerBI/Tableau, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, AWS RedShift, Glue, Athena, AWS Quicksight, and Google Cloud Platform. Additionally, you may have exposure to working in an Agile development environment, pairing DevOps with CI/CD pipelines, and possess a background in AI/ML, which would be considered advantageous.
