Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Plan design and write technical documentation including technical overviews how-to guides user guides quick start guides KB articles and corporate emails Write user-centric content that clearly and easily explains key concepts and solutions Excellent technical writing skills including the ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear and high quality content Ability to identify documentation requirements and drive new projects Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced global environment You could be a great fit for this role if you have:(must haves) 5+ years of experience as a technical writer in a software development environment Clear and thoughtful English communication skills both written and verbal Experience in writing technical documentation Proven track record in delivering high-quality documentation paying attention to detail Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts Flair to translate technical information subjects and jargon into easy-to-understand text Ability to test features/apps on your own before documenting Basic understanding of the information architecture usability and design concepts Work with global teams engineers and subject matter experts Experience in handling multiple projects and with tight deadlines in a fast-paced remote/global environment Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps Familiarity with SDLC and corporate communications Basic knowledge of editing images Bachelor's degree or equivalent Nice to have: Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends Good understanding of technology jargons/concepts Experience working in corporate communications Named Job Posting?
