Technical Consultant - L1

The technical consultant professionals at Wipro will provide expert technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of technical capabilities for clients" transformation, enhancement, advanced problem-solving skills, and support projects. You will independently work as an expert in the respective SAP technical workstream for various SAP projects such as implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support. Your responsibilities will include high-level design, detailed design, and development of technical/integration solutions to meet the clients" needs. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and processes, participate in technical workshops, drive client discussions to define integration requirements, and translate requirements into technical solutions. You will also provide training and support to end-users, write technical specifications and test plans for the development team, manage projects and timelines, and provide expert support to various projects and delivery engagements as required. Furthermore, you will play a key role in driving innovation and transformation in large existing accounts, providing delivery support, escalation management, and interacting with SAP and third-party partners. In your role, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in the following performance parameters: 1. Job Knowledge: Continuously improve existing skills and acquire new skills to remain current on developments in the respective SAP Technical module. 2. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction in alignment with clients" SLAs. 3. Managing Change & Improvement: Effectively initiate and adapt to changes in methods to improve overall adaptability and flexibility. 4. Functional Leadership: Accomplish work assignments through subordinates by delegating and coordinating effectively. 5. Customer Responsiveness: Exhibit responsiveness and courtesy in interactions with external customers, internal staff, and teammates. The mandatory skills for this role include proficiency in Power BI Copilot. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in the field.
