Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Presale activities, including product presentation, technical discussions, conducting Proof of Concept, and demonstrating the product.
Support Product and Sales teams with solution selling to prospective clients.
Candidate should have good knowledge of Email Security solutions and email platforms such as O365 and Gmail.
Develop long-term relationships with clients through regular interactions, communication, and timely support.
Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses.
Complete the vendor's technical / presales certifications for the products handled.
Implementation, including installation & configuration of the product/solution, knowledge transfer & training to the customers.
