As a Technical & Commercial Sales Executive at Sarthak Metals Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving business growth in the South India region. With a focus on becoming the go-to solution provider for the welding industries, your role will involve developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and working closely with the marketing function to establish successful support programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing sales strategies in the defined area. - Managing customer expectations and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction (both Technical & commercial). - Defining sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identifying improvements. - Putting in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function. - Compiling information and data related to customer and prospect interactions. - Monitoring customer, market, and competitor activity and providing feedback to the company leadership team and other functions. - Working closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs. - Managing key customer relationships and participating in closing strategic opportunities. - Traveling for in-person meetings with customers, partners, and to develop key relationships. - Directly coordinating with dealers/customers. To excel in this role, you must have: - Experience in the welding industries. - Good communication and analytical skills. - Willingness to travel. - Basic/moderate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Qualifications & Competency requirements: - Graduation/Diploma Holder (Mechanical preferred). - Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite. - Attitude needed - Diligent, Hunger for growth, Likes to solve customer problems, team player, Hustler, Not afraid of failure.
