Collaboration with the marketing function to establish effective support, channel, and partner programs will be essential, along with managing key customer relationships and actively participating in closing strategic opportunities. You will be required to travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners, fostering key relationships and maintaining direct coordination with dealers and customers. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales within the welding industries. Additionally, you must possess good communication and analytical skills, a willingness to travel, and a basic to moderate understanding of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. A background in welding industries, coupled with a graduation or diploma in a relevant field (Mechanical preferred), along with proficiency in the MS Office Suite, will be advantageous.
