Are you a hands-on tech visionary ready to build cutting-edge 3D experiences on the web and beyond ENIPP is a product-first startup focused on developing a WebAR & immersive content creation platform that enables creators, brands, and businesses to bring interactive 3D content to life directly from the browser. Our mission is to create next-generation tools that make AR and immersive media scalable, accessible, and cloud-native. We are seeking a Technical Co-founder to spearhead product engineering, establish the platform from the ground up, and oversee the entire tech stack ranging from real-time 3D rendering to scalable cloud architecture. Responsibilities: - Lead the technical vision, system architecture, and engineering roadmap. - Develop the core rendering engine utilizing Unity, C++, WebGL, and WebAssembly. - Collaborate on cloud infrastructure for real-time content publishing, asset delivery, and scalable experience hosting. - Create performance-optimized, cross-platform 3D tools for browsers and mobile devices. - Drive crucial decisions regarding architecture, development cycles, and product features. - Recruit and mentor a high-performance tech team as we expand. Skills & Experience: - Profound expertise in Unity (C#) and C++ within a 3D or XR development context. - Strong proficiency in WebGL, browser-based rendering, or WebAssembly. - Sound understanding of cloud systems such as AWS or custom microservices. - Previous involvement in building or contributing to a game engine, 3D editor, or rendering pipeline. - Possess a startup mindset: eager to iterate quickly, embrace learning, and tackle intricate tech challenges hands-on. Bonus Points for: - Familiarity with AR foundations, marker/image tracking, or real-time 3D content systems. - Interest in immersive design, spatial computing, or interactive 3D platforms.
