We’re looking for a Technical Co-founder to lead product engineering, build the platform from the ground up, and take charge of our entire tech stack from real-time 3D rendering to scalable cloud architecture. Responsibilities: Lead technical vision, system architecture, and engineering roadmap. Build the core rendering engine using Unity, C++, WebGL, and WebAssembly . Work closely on cloud infrastructure for real-time content publishing, asset delivery, and scalable experience hosting. Develop performance-optimized, cross-platform 3D tools for browsers and mobile. Make key decisions on architecture, development cycles, and product features. Hire and mentor a high-performance tech team as we scale. Skills & Experience: Expert-level knowledge of Unity (C#) and C++ in a 3D or XR development context. Strong proficiency with WebGL, browser-based rendering, or WebAssembly. Solid understanding of cloud systems – AWS, or custom microservices . Previous experience in building or contributing to a game engine, 3D editor, or rendering pipeline. Startup mindset: willing to build fast, learn fast, and solve deep tech problems hands-on. Bonus Points for: Familiarity with AR foundations, marker/image tracking, or real-time 3D content systems. Role Overview: We’re looking for a passionate 3D Character Artist Intern to help us bring AR experiences to life. You’ll work on modelling, texturing, and animating 3D assets that merge seamlessly with the real world, pushing creative and technical boundaries every day. Responsibilities: Create 'CUTE' stylized 3D Characters and models for use in AR experiences Texture and shade assets using tools like Substance Painter and Photoshop Collaborate with our design and dev teams to optimize assets for real-time rendering (GLB/GLTF) Work with creative briefs to translate concepts into 3D Contribute to brainstorming sessions for AR campaigns and card designs Assist in building visual storytelling through animation, lighting, and layout What we are looking for: Strong foundation in 3D modelling ( Zbrush, Blender, Maya, or similar).
