Technical Architect- Traksys MES

As a Technical Architect specializing in TrakSYS MES, you will be responsible for providing expert solutions in system integration, manufacturing workflows, and adherence to ISA-95/88 standards. Your role will involve understanding and implementing MES applications to enhance manufacturing operations efficiency. Your primary objective will be to deliver Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solutions to our clients. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you will design, configure, and implement computer applications tailored to meet specific manufacturing needs. MES systems play a crucial role in automating manufacturing operations, streamlining processes from raw material input to the final product output. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, configuring, and implementing MES applications for manufacturing operations. - Collaborating with internal teams and customers to deliver MES solutions including design, software development, testing, and on-site support during plant startup. - Applying expertise in MES implementation, technical design, and development to address manufacturing requirements effectively. - Demonstrating MES functionalities through prepared demos for client presentations. - Utilizing CPG industry knowledge and familiarity with ISA-95 standards to ensure efficient MES solutions. - Leveraging ITIL knowledge and experience to address business problems with troubleshooting solutions. - Managing stakeholder expectations and providing timely support for MES applications, including on-floor assistance as needed. Required Skills: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in MES implementation. - Proficiency in technical design and development for MES functionalities. - Ability to understand MES user stories and propose effective solutions. - Experience in preparing and delivering client demos as part of project deliverables. - Strong knowledge of the CPG industry and ISA-95 standards. - Familiarity with ITIL practices for proactive troubleshooting and support. - Capability to translate business problems into actionable solutions. - Proficient in managing stakeholder expectations and suggesting workarounds for critical incidents. - Proactive approach towards supporting MES and related manufacturing applications. Good To Have Skills: - MES Certifications, AI/ML expertise. - Experience in regulatory compliance. - Familiarity with emerging technologies like IoT and edge computing.,
