Technical Architect - Service Management

Role Overview: You will be responsible for functioning in the service department team, handling customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. As a service management analyst, your main focus will be to ensure excellent customer service, maintain strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors, and ensure repeat customers.
