Sr PHP Lead/Technical Architect (Full Stack with Expertise in PHP and Web Technologies) Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Architect with a strong foundation in PHP and expertise in web technologies, including React. The ideal candidate has grown from a PHP development background, has full-stack development expertise, and demonstrates strong architectural capabilities. This role involves designing scalable, high-performance systems and mentoring teams in building state-of-the-art web applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable, robust, and high-performing web applications. Lead and participate in the development of full-stack solutions using PHP, React, and other modern technologies. Develop and optimize APIs, web services, and reusable components. Provide technical leadership in defining architecture, best practices, and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, provide technical solutions, and implement projects. Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation processes. Optimize web performance through load balancers, CDNs, caching tools, and front-end optimization techniques. Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and proper documentation. Conduct regular code reviews and mentor team members on best practices. Mandatory Skills and Qualifications: 9+ years of experience in product development with PHP and SQL. Additional experience with C#, Java, Perl, Python, or Ruby is a plus. 2-3 years of hands-on experience with PHP frameworks such as Laminas (MVC 3.7) and Symfony (6.0.4). Proven expertise in web technologies , including React, and proficiency in front-end development. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes. Knowledge of serverless architecture and microservices. Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining websites and applications, with a focus on high-availability and performance. Strong knowledge of database design, web server configuration, and integration. Experience with modern version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools for automated deployments. Understanding of DevOps practices, including artifact management and CI/CD pipeline development. Deep understanding of PHP and its associated libraries and tools. Demonstrated ability to architect high-performance systems leveraging caching tools, CDNs, and load balancers. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of front-end optimization techniques and performance improvement tools. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
