Technical Architect - Network & Security (NS2)

Role Overview: As a Network Engineer at our company based in Bengaluru, India, your main responsibility will be to analyze business requirements, project scopes, and develop network designs and roadmaps for technology solutions that align with the organization's overall IT strategy and goals. You will also be required to participate in solution design and execution, collaborate with customer IT teams to ensure that the design solutions meet the organization's network and security requirements, and configure and troubleshoot different OEM products to ensure proper operation of the SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN according to architectural design and standards. Additionally, you will need to align with the changing network solutions and architectures to keep up with the changing business needs, technologies, and industry standards, monitor the performance of the solution to identify and resolve any issues, and provide training to other team members as needed. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of the solutions and architectures, collaborating with other IT teams to ensure solution integration with existing systems, interfacing with vendors regarding evaluation, implementation, and support of deployed network gear, working on the resolution of complex or escalated issues or network outages, and managing SOPs, knowledge documents, and KB articles.
