Job Description

As a Principal Support Engineer at Oracle, you will play a crucial role in delivering post-sales support and solutions to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address post-sales non-technical customer inquiries through various channels such as phone and electronic communication. Additionally, you will handle technical questions related to Electronic Support Services and provide troubleshooting assistance. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships while also supporting internal Oracle employees in resolving customer-related issues and escalations. Your expertise will be instrumental in offering strategic technical support to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Within the IDM product support team, you will contribute to fulfilling service requirements for end customers, partners, and internal Oracle teams. The IDM product suite plays a crucial role in addressing the security needs of our customers, making your role vital in providing effective solutions. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in Middleware-related skills, Containers skills, Identity management, and Kubernetes, coupled with exceptional customer satisfaction and analytical troubleshooting abilities. Collaboration within local and global teams is essential for success in this role. In this position, you will work with a wide range of product solutions related to Identity management, including OIG, OAM, OUD, OID, Access Governance, and various Microservices for both On-Premise and Cloud environments.
