Job Title: Telesales Executive Reports To: Admissions Manager / Institute Head Job Summary:We are hiring a motivated Telesales Executive to promote our Fire and Safety courses and drive student admissions. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, counseling potential students, and converting inquiries into enrollments. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain available courses and training programs. Follow up on leads received through phone, social media, walk-ins, and references. Counsel students on course details, fees, job opportunities, and admission process. Maintain a database of inquiries and follow-ups using a CRM or Excel. Convince interested students/parents to visit the institute for further counseling. Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain high conversion rates. Coordinate with the admin team for admission formalities. Attend training sessions to stay updated on courses and job placement support. Handle incoming calls, messages, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally. Requirements:Minimum qualification: Intermediate (10+2); Graduation preferred. Prior experience in education or admissions telesales is an advantage. Excellent communication in Telugu and basic English/Hindi. Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms, etc.) Polite and professional phone manner. Working Hours:9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flexible as per batch schedules)
