About The Role

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of Backend Development experience with Java.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Springboot, Kafka, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with databases.
• Experience working in product-based companies (preferred).
• Good understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java product
• Work closely with product managers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
