Job Responsibilities:  Basic knowledge of welding process engineering, including resistance welding machines such as servo guns, welding controllers, and nut welders.  Generate sales enquiries by visiting existing and potential customers.  Clarify and explain technical specifications of required equipment to customers.  Understand and demonstrate knowledge of spot welding, sheet metal processing, and welding quality equipment.  Apply fundamental sales skills, including customer communication and relationship building.  Lead and participate in sales negotiations.  Assist in the execution of sales strategies and educate customers on machine requirements.  Prepare and maintain sales analysis reports and visit summaries.  Schedule and manage customer appointments for sales discussions.  Coordinate with the service team to resolve customer issues related to sales.  Be ready for frequent travel across Pune (Maharashtra) for sales activities.  Utilize computer tools effectively, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
