As a designer, you will play a key role in creating modern, intuitive, and pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile applications, marketing materials, and internal assets. Collaboration with developers and project managers will be essential to ensure smooth handoffs and maintain brand consistency across all visuals. Additionally, occasional involvement in social media creatives, presentations, and marketing assets may be required. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX or visual design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar is necessary, along with a good understanding of design systems and usability principles. The ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and possess excellent communication and time management skills are crucial for success in this role. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience working with software development teams, knowledge of HTML/CSS basics, and familiarity with motion/interaction design tools like Lottie and After Effects.
