About the role: We are looking for a Senior MERN Developer with proven leadership experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to guide a team in both development and approach. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction and guidance. - Develop, optimize, and scale web applications primarily using the MERN stack. - Contribute to backend development in Python for APIs and integrations. - Support the team in evaluating and implementing the right technical approaches. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - Collaborate with project managers and clients to align technical solutions with business goals. - Assist in hiring and onboarding new developers when required. Required Skills & Experience: - Strong hands-on expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Working experience with Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI). - Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers. - Ability to architect and implement scalable web applications. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 5+ years of development experience, including team leadership responsibilities. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects in a team environment.
