Job Description

Role & responsibilities Provide technical support to customers regarding hardware-related issues, focusing on motherboards, electronic components, and general electronics troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to PCs, laptops, motherboards and other electronics equipment. Offer step-by-step guidance and solutions to customers through phone, email, or chat support channels. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues and ensure product quality. Assist in the setup, configuration, and installation of hardware and electronic devices. Preferred candidate profile Fluency in Hindi is strongly preferred, as the role requires interaction with a Hindi-speaking customer base. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with electronics and computer hardware, especially motherboards. Deep understanding of motherboard architecture, components, and their interconnections.
