As a Customer Service Executive/Technical Support Executive at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be joining our Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) team during US shifts. Your role will involve: - Handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. - Diagnosing the problems accurately and recommending the most suitable plan to the customer. - Offering technical support plans and relevant software to customers.
