Respond to customer queries via live chat, support tickets, and occasional video calls. Guide users on platform-specific features and best practices. Assist in LEMP stack (Linux, NGINX, MySQL, PHP) troubleshooting (basic level). Collaborate with the engineering team for escalations and feature feedback. Maintain accurate records of support conversations and resolutions. Skills & Experience We’re Looking For 1+ year experience in Tech support or a similar customer-facing role. Familiarity with cPanel, FTP/SFTP, phpMyAdmin, and server environments. Basic command-line knowledge (Linux/Unix) is a plus. Excellent written English with a friendly, patient tone. Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and manage priorities.
