Role Overview: As a Risk Assurance Staff at EY, you will contribute technically to Risk Assurance client engagements and internal projects. Your role will involve assisting Seniors & Managers while actively participating within the client engagement. Anticipating and identifying risks within engagements and sharing any issues with senior team members will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will also ensure that the work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer. Additionally, you will help create a positive learning culture within the team while delivering assignments. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in Risk Assurance engagements - Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress - Conduct research and assist senior team members in preparing client presentations and information memorandums - Continuously strive towards exceeding client and team expectations and work on increasingly complex assignments Qualifications Required: - Preferably CA/MBA/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA/M.Sc. with 0-3 years of experience - Knowledge of Information system audit covering areas like ITGC, Application controls, etc. - Knowledge of data analysis tools like MS Excel, MS Access, MS SQL Server, ACL, Monarch, etc. - Certifications: CISA - Demonstrated track record with a blue-chip consulting organization and/or a blue-chip organization - Strong academic record including a degree (percentage more than 70% throughout) EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people, and society and build trust in the capital markets.
