You will be joining the Cybersecurity GRC team at lululemon, a company known for its innovative performance apparel and dedication to creating transformational products and experiences. The team comprises cybersecurity professionals who are adept problem solvers, creators of insights and solutions, and trusted advisors on compliance matters. Your role as a Cybersecurity Program Manager specializing in Third Party Risk Management and Technology Risk Management will be pivotal in driving a culture of risk management and enhancing visibility into risks and controls. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement a Third Party Risk Management assessment lifecycle - Establish new policies and review/update existing risk management policies, standards, and procedures - Create a Technology Risk Management methodology and optimize program capabilities - Measure and manage program progress - Develop key performance indicators, risk indicators, and management dashboards **Qualifications Required:** - 10 to 15 years of experience in Technology Risk Management and Third-Party Risk Management or Cybersecurity-GRC and information security - Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Technology Management, or Cybersecurity - Expertise in technical program management, security, and technology risk management - Professional certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or PMP - Effective communication skills, relationship-building abilities, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Experience with data security and privacy regulations - Proficiency in GRC tools like Service Now/Archer In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to critical risk management initiatives, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in technology-related processes.
