Position: Laravel Developer (2–3 Years Experience) 📍 Location: Kolkata (On-Site) 🕒 Type: Full-Time Role Summary We are seeking a talented and motivated Laravel Developer with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend components, implementing web services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel framework Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with third-party services Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting Contribute to ongoing improvements in code quality and development processes Required Qualifications 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel development Strong knowledge of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and MVC architecture Experience in MySQL , database design, and query optimization Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and frontend integration Good understanding of software development best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or a related field Why Join Tech Mantra?
