BI Developer

Technical Tasks / Activities:

• Be able to develop data models, dashboards and analytics based on, but not limited to, SAP Analytics Cloud and Microsoft Power BI technologies.
• Collect, analyze and implement business user stories.
• Work closely with data source owners to gather data.
• Aggregate data from multiple trusted sources and compile it into a digestible and actionable format.
• create user and technical documentation linked to the BI reporting.
• Make sure BI dashboards will be compliant with SAP branding standards (such as, fonts, colors etc).
• Be a key resource in report development projects and be able to meet business requirements on schedule and with quality.
• Be responsible for ongoing maintenance and improvement of BI reporting.

Pre-requisites:

Minimum 5-8 years of overall experience in Reporting Development

Required Experience & Skillset:

• Proven experience as a BI developer.
• Proven experience in IT (BI department).
• Experience in ITSM / knowledge of ITIL is an advantage.
• Work experience in an international environment. Software industry experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge & Experience of Python & JavaScript will be an added advantage.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
• Good hands-on knowledge of BI technologies such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Power BI, etc.
• Good hands-on knowledge in SQL and ETL.
• Good knowledge in database and data modeling concepts.
• Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
• Ability to transpose best practices in SAP context. Awareness of AGILE.
• A keen eye for details and a result driven approach. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate actions.
• Customer and Team-work oriented.
