Tech Lead / Senior Engineer AI Code Solutions

As a Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for various tasks including: - Code Generation & Refinement: Writing, reviewing, and optimizing high-quality code. - Validation Frameworks: Building and maintaining testing frameworks, automated benchmarks, and evaluation systems for AI-generated code. - Quality & Performance: Ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency of both human- and AI-written code. - Collaboration: Working closely with research, product, and engineering teams to drive innovation and impact. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - 7-10+ years in software development with large-scale solutions. - Proficiency in Python, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript (flexibility to work across languages). - Strong experience in code evaluation, test suites, and quality metrics. - Familiarity with LLMs, code generation, and AI model fine-tuning (a big plus).
